Delivery and Returns

Shipments

Packages are generally dispatched within two days after receipt of payment and are posted First Class Royal Mail unless otherwise specified; the majority of parcels are dispatched same day.

Shipping costs may be increased in relation to the shipping options cost levels.

Where items are ordered in such quantities that the weight exceeds the maximum Royal Mail 2kg limit, we reserve the right to request the additional charge for the parcel to be sent via Parcel Force, or split parcels. Should this occur, we will contact you for instructions on how to proceed. 

Please note that the Next Day Postal Service is only available Monday to Friday.  Orders received before 4pm on Fridays will be delivered the following Monday and orders received after 4pm on Fridays will be processsed the following Monday for delivery for the next day. 

For shipping costs outside the UK please email customerservices@woolkin.uk for a quote, prior to placing an order.

Some overseas postcodes are recognised by the website and will process with a default shipping cost - in these circumstances your order will only be shipped if the 'actual' shipping cost does not exceed the default shipping cost. You will be contacted with options on how we can get your parcel to you, or given the opportunity to cancel your order. 

For any overseas orderts, tracking is only available whilst the package travels within the UK, unless spefically requested by the customer, when a pre-arranged price will be given.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of order date but prior notification must be sent by email to customerservices@woolkin.uk giving details for the return.  Products must be returned in good resaleable condition.  If you are unsure regarding returns please email me at customerservices@woolkin.uk.  Return costs are payable by yourself and you should obtain proof of postage.

Please have your return verified prior to returning the stock. Return address will be provided at that point.
